He stayed out of it because it wasn't any of his business, but Yuuki sure did get sulky in the aftermath.

Until a soft, annoyed "tinka!" can be heard and then the door is opened by a weird floating grey rectangle with arms. Looks like Chibi can boss Yuuki's new pod around.]

[onahairtrigger]

[Oh, huh, that's new. But he thanks the Pod and slips inside, Pearl waddling in after.

He closes the door behind him, then starts digging in one of the bags he brought with him, pulling out treats for both of Yuuki's Pokemon, as well as some scrap metal he managed to get his hands on for Chibi.]

[There are delighted Tinkatink noises as she takes both treats and metal, but there's no sign of Maru. Or Yuuki, though he had to have heard the door open.]

[... He thinks he has an idea where Maru might be. He kneels down to address Chibi.]
